Equality and Social Freedoms

On Wednesday 11 December at 16:30, the Constitutional Court judge María Luisa Segoviano will give a lecture in the Aula Rector Alas of the University of Oviedo entitled ‘Equality and Social Freedoms’ as part of the cycle of activities organised by the Rafael del Riego Chair of Good Governance.
Abel Arias Castaño, Director of the Rafael del Riego Chair, Paz Menéndez Sebastián, Professor of Labour and Social Security Law and Director of the Equality Unit of the University of Oviedo, and Alejandra Boto Álvarez, Professor of Administrative Law and Lawyer at the Constitutional Court, will also participate in the event, presenting and contextualising the conference.
The conference will allow us to deepen and reflect on the decisive contribution of social jurisprudence in the definition and delimitation of labour rights.

The activity will take place on 11 November from 16:30 in the Aula Rector Alas of the University of Oviedo.
